This immersive Breathwork experience offers a sanctuary from the distractions and demands of the outside world. A space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and listen to what is wanting to emerge through you.
Whether you're seeking greater clarity, navigating a transition, calling in a new vision, wanting to stop undesired patterns, or simply longing to feel more connected to yourself or your loved ones, this experience will support you to reconnect with your deepest intentions and create the internal conditions for meaningful change.
Through gentle Breathwork, reflection and guided exploration, you'll be invited into an organic, self-generated process of uncovering what matters most, strengthening your connection to your inner knowing, and taking aligned steps towards bringing your vision into reality.
What You’ll Experience
1. Intention Setting
You will be supported to connect with a meaningful and activating intention. Your intention is how you would prefer life to be going, and is usually related to an area of life that you are in most pain around and/or are ready to experience change in.
2. Breathe
You will be guided into a 90-minute gentle breathwork cycle, where you will be taking long, slow, fuller than usual, connected breaths. There will be music playing in the background for the duration, with no interrupting or directing throughout. If required, support is available. This usually looks like gentle questions, compassionate presence and/or physical support.
3. Debrief & Integration
Following the breathwork, you will be supported to reflect on your experience. There is no obligation to share, however, this process can often be as powerful as the breathwork itself. The intention is to support you to feel complete with your session.

SANTHIYA
Santhiya is a certified Breathwork Mastery (RBM) Practitioner, mother of three and former paediatric physiotherapist, who brings a warm, grounded and highly attuned presence to the spaces she co-creates.
With a lifelong fascination for the body’s capacity to heal, she supports people to release whatever is no longer serving their joy and purpose, reconnect with their truth and return to a deeper sense of freedom and wholeness.
At it’s core, her work is shaped by her belief in the infinite potential of the human spirit, and is ever-evolving through both the spaces she holds for others, and the unfolding process of her own life.
Santhiya is not interested in having the answers. Instead, she cares much more about lovingly illuminating what hasn’t been seen, and witnessing personal truths emerge. She is devoted to personal liberation as a means to liberation of the collective.

What is Breathwork Mastery (RBM)?
Breathwork Mastery (RBM) is a style of conscious connected breathing, that uses a gentle, fuller that usual breath, to create lasting change in the way you relate to yourself, life and others.
Unlike many other styles of Breathwork, there is no force, pressure, or directing in the process. Meaning, there is no prompting to breathe fast or keep breathing, no technique to ‘get right’, no emphasis on emotional releasing/catharsis, or pushing for a breakthrough. On the contrary, there is nothing to do or get wrong in this space. All experiences are valid and ‘productive’, regardless of how subtle or dramatic.
This gentle way of breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system, signalling to your body and psyche that you are safe to feel, unwind, and BE with what arises; creating the optimal state to release stored stress or emotions, rewire limiting subconscious beliefs, and anchor in new and expanded awareness.
What is both unique and profound about Breathwork Mastery (RBM) is that it’s rooted in the complete trust and reverence for the innate and infinite wisdom of the body and psyche, such that there is no personal agenda imposed on one’s process towards more aliveness, freedom and balance.

Absolutely! This is a very gentle style of Breathwork, where you will be breathing in and out of the nose with no force or pressure. There are NO contraindications to this style of Breathwork.

It is suggested that you bring a water bottle, journal and pen, and any other personal items that might enhance your breathing space, such as crystals, photos, essential oils, etc.

It is advised that you wear comfortable clothing that you can move freely in. Warm socks and layers are recommended.
