Create with Life
An immersive one-day retreat to reconnect with your innate wisdom, awaken your creative nature, and consciously participate in your next chapter
Saturday August 29th
9am - 5pm
Mount Duneed, VIC
We spend so much of life responding.
To responsibilities.
To expectations.
To the needs of everyone around us.
Somewhere along the way, we forget…
we weren’t born to simply react to life.
We were born to create with it.
This immersive one-day retreat is an invitation to slow down, step away from the noise of everyday life and rediscover the creative relationship you have with your own life.
Whether you're navigating change, sensing that something new is calling you, feeling the pull towards a bigger vision, or simply longing to reconnect with yourself, this experience offers the space to discover what is waiting to emerge.
Reconnect with your innate creative nature in an embodied way, and start co-creating from presence, coherence, imagination and your inner knowing.
Perhaps you’re here because…
You're standing at the edge of a new chapter and long to move forward with greater clarity and trust.
You know there's more available for your life, but you're unsure how to access it.
You're tired of living on autopilot and want to create your life more intentionally.
You keep finding yourself in familiar patterns that no longer reflect who you're becoming.
You're longing to reconnect with your creativity —not simply as something you do, but as an essential part of who you are.
You're ready to spend a day reconnecting with yourself in a meaningful that nourishes both your nervous system and your creative spirit.
Together We’ll Explore
How to recognise when you're reacting to life, and how to begin consciously participating with it.
.
The role intention and breath play in creating lasting change.
.
Why our nervous system shapes what we believe is possible.
.
The inherited stories that quietly influence our choices.
.
Reconnecting with creativity as an innate way of being.
This isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about becoming increasingly available to life.
A Different Way of Creating Change
In a world that constantly encourages us to push harder, do more, and become someone else, this retreat offers a different approach.
Meaningful transformation isn’t something we make happen through force, fixing, or striving.
It unfolds naturally when we create the right conditions for our own innate intelligence to come forward.
There is no right experience to have here.
Nothing to perform.
Nothing to achieve.
Nothing to get right.
Rather than giving you answers or telling you what your next chapter should look like, this experience is designed to create the space for your own clarity, insight, and inner knowing to naturally emerge.

How the Day Unfolds
This retreat has been intentionally designed as a journey, where each experience naturally builds upon the next.
Every conversation, reflection, and breathwork journey is carefully woven together to create the conditions for deeper awareness, embodiment, and conscious creation.
Guided teachings & activations
Expand your perspective through thought-provoking transmissions and experiential practices that invite you to see yourself — and what's possible — from a new lens.
Self-inquiry & reflection
Through guided journaling and intentional prompts, you'll uncover the deeper intentions, beliefs, and possibilities that often remain hidden beneath the surface of everyday thinking.
Guided conversations
There is something profoundly powerful about being witnessed. Sharing your reflections often brings a depth of clarity that thinking alone cannot, while hearing another's experience reminds us that we're not alone in our own unfolding.
Two immersive Breathwork journeys
You will enter each journey with a living intention.
Rooted in the principles of Breathwork Mastery (RBM), these gentle, extended breathwork sessions support the nervous system to settle into safety and invite you to go beyond the analytical mind, creating the conditions for insight, emotional integration, creativity, and lasting change to emerge naturally.
Combined with intentional reflection, this practice becomes a bridge between awareness and embodiment.
Spacious integration
Throughout the day, there will be intentional space to pause, reflect, connect, and integrate what is unfolding, allowing insights to settle gently.
Meet your facilitator,
SANTHIYA
Santhiya is a certified Breathwork Mastery (RBM) Practitioner, former paediatric physiotherapist, and mother of three, who brings a deeply grounded, intuitive and highly attuned presence to every space she holds.
Before devoting herself fully to breathwork, Santhiya spent a decade working as a paediatric physiotherapist alongside children and families navigating complex neurological conditions and the impacts of trauma. That experience cultivated a profound respect for the wisdom of the body, the resilience of the human spirit, and the uniqueness of every person's journey.
Over the past several years, she has facilitated hundreds of breathwork journeys, guided individuals through profound personal transformations, and co-facilitated retreats and practitioner trainings with the School of Breathwork. Her approach has become known for its gentleness, depth, and unwavering trust in the innate intelligence of the body and psyche.
Those who work with her often speak less about the breathwork itself, and more about how deeply held, understood, and gently guided they felt throughout the process.
Santhiya creates the conditions for people to feel more free within themselves and consciously participate in the unfolding of their lives. At the core of her work is the belief that personal liberation is a means to collective liberation.
Testimonials
“I came to Breathwork having struggled to feel like I was making any progress or meaningful life change via traditional talk therapy. With Breathwork, I have been able to safely engage with the behaviours and patterns that had held me back, to move beyond them and into a place of consciously creating the life I wish for. I felt immediately comfortable with Santhiya - she is a truly gifted listener, able to grasp and hold the many threads during intention setting and to draw out what's at the heart of the matter.”
Anthony Tilla
“Sessions with Santhiya have allowed me to go deeply and safely into long held patterns and beliefs. She has held, guided and nudged me in divine timing. My life has changed dramatically as a result of being held with such care and compassion. Her ability to allow creative expression and an openness to all possibilities and experiences has created space for me to follow into those areas. I would highly recommend Santhiya now and forever.”
Meghan O’Malley
“Santhiya has an incredible gift. She creates and holds space in a way that makes you feel safe and really seen.
